5 Great Pizza Spots in Centennial for Your Next Pizza Night |
Five editorial picks for New York slices, Detroit-style squares, and Chicago-style pizza |

Pizza night in Centennial can mean a foldable New York slice, a thick Detroit-style square, or a Chicago-inspired pie shared around the table.
These five Pulse Eats picks offer different ways to satisfy that craving, from longtime neighborhood restaurants to regional and national brands with Centennial locations.
This is an editorial shortlist based on current menus, local presence, and variety, rather than a definitive ranking or a firsthand tasting survey.
1. Big Bill’s New York Pizza: Start with a neighborhood classic
At 8243 S. Holly Street, Big Bill’s serves hand-tossed New York-style pizza alongside calzones, salads, and other Italian-inspired dishes.
The restaurant opened in 1995, giving it a longer local history than many newcomers competing for your Friday-night order.
For a first visit, consider the traditional cheese pie, the loaded Combo Pie, or the white pizza with ricotta, mozzarella, and Parmesan.
Thin-crust fans can keep things simple, while a group with a bigger appetite can look at the Sicilian square option.
Order directly by phone or in person: the restaurant specifically warns that it does not accept orders through third-party vendors.
2. LuBo’s NY Pizza: An east-side thin-crust option
LuBo’s brings another New York-style choice to 15352 E. Ida Drive, Unit H, near Parker Road and Orchard Road.
Its thin-crust focus makes it a useful stop for readers who prefer a lighter base over a substantial pan crust.
Start with a straightforward cheese pizza or explore the toppings on the current menu, then consider garlic knots for the table.
Families planning a gathering can ask about the private party room and the games advertised for children.
For carryout, call ahead at 303-693-9196 and confirm current availability before heading over.
3. Via 313: Switch things up with Detroit-style squares
Located at 9595 E. County Line Road, Suite C, Via 313 adds a distinctly different crust to the Centennial pizza conversation.
Its Detroit-style pies have a rectangular shape, an airy interior, a crisp base, and cheese reaching the edges of the pan.
Sauce goes on top, making the construction noticeably different from the familiar round New York pie.
The Detroiter and the vegetable-focused Herbivore are two menu options to explore when deciding where to begin.
Choose this stop when the crust is as much a part of your pizza craving as the toppings.
4. Parry’s SouthGlenn: Pizza with a broader group menu
Parry’s at The Streets at SouthGlenn is located at 2154 E. Commons Avenue, Suite 300.
New York-style pizza anchors a menu that also includes wings, calzones, sandwiches, pasta, and salads.
That range makes it a practical choice for a mixed group whose members do not all want the same dinner.
A classic pizza paired with wings is an easy starting point, while craft-beer drinkers can check the location’s current selection.
The restaurant describes itself as family-friendly, so the taphouse identity does not mean dinner has to be adults-only.
5. Rosati’s: A Chicago-style alternative
At 5616 S. Gibraltar Way, Units A and B, Rosati’s offers Chicago-style deep dish as well as thin-crust pizza.
It rounds out this list with another regional tradition and options for carryout or delivery.
Pick thin crust when that is your preference, or ask about deep-dish preparation time before arranging pickup.
Confirm delivery coverage using your actual address rather than assuming every Centennial home is included.
Make your next pizza night a local taste test
Choose a style first, check the restaurant’s current menu, and order directly whenever possible.
Menus, hours, and availability can change; restaurant information was checked October 16, 2026.

Thanks for pointing out to check delivery areas for Rosati’s. We got burned once when they didn’t deliver here. Always double-check!
Glad that tip was helpful, delivery coverage can be tricky, especially with pizza spots, so it’s always wise to confirm with Rosati’s before placing your order.
Who else orders calzones instead of pizza? Parry’s has a killer one with lots of filling. Feels underrated to me.
Great point, calzones at Parry’s definitely deserve a shoutout, and their generous fillings make them just as satisfying as any pizza on the menu.
The variety in Centennial now is crazy. Used to be just two or three decent spots. I’d still put Big Bill’s at #1 but curious about Via 313.
The Centennial pizza scene really has grown, and trying Via 313 for their Detroit-style squares can be a fun changeup if you love Big Bill’s but want something different!
Detroit-style is new to me but I’m intrigued by the crisp base and sauce on top. Might have to do a pizza tour this weekend.
LuBo’s is my go-to after soccer games. Thin crust, fast service, and not too heavy. Kids always ask for their cheese pizza.
We love hearing that LuBo’s is your soccer night staple, their focus on a lighter, thin crust definitely makes them a family favorite for a reason.
Grew up in Chicago so I’m picky about deep dish. Rosati’s is the closest I’ve found out here, but still miss Lou Malnati’s!
I really appreciate places that don’t do third-party delivery. Feels more personal when you call and pick up yourself.
We tried Parry’s for a work lunch and were surprised at the selection of local beers. Pizza was good too, but honestly the wings stole the show.
Big Bill’s brings back high school memories for me. Still can’t beat their Combo Pie, even after all these years.
Does anyone know if Via 313 has vegan options? That crust sounds amazing but gotta have the dairy-free!
Via 313 does offer dairy-free cheese for their pizzas, so you can enjoy that unique Detroit-style crust vegan-style, just ask for their vegan cheese when you order!
Love these recommendations but kinda missing Marco’s Coal-Fired on here. Their crust just hits different. Anyone else agree?
Marco’s Coal-Fired is certainly a local favorite, but for this list we focused on spots with Centennial addresses specifically, sometimes the hardest part is narrowing it down!
Never knew Parry’s had so many options beyond pizza. Might be a good call when my picky brother comes to town. Thanks for the tip!
I swear by Rosati’s deep dish. Definitely get extra cheese, and order ahead because the wait’s real. Worth every minute though.
Okay but the garlic knots at LuBo’s are actually my weakness. We had a birthday party there last year and the kids loved the games too. Highly recommend for groups!
Thank you for highlighting the garlic knots and party atmosphere at LuBo’s, those small touches really do make it a great spot for groups and celebrations!
I always end up at Big Bill’s when the family visits, but now I’m tempted to try Via 313. Didn’t realize we had real Detroit-style in Centennial! If someone’s been, please share what to order.
We’re excited for you to try Via 313, if you’re feeling adventurous, the Detroiter or the Herbivore are two standout options from their menu.
Daniel W.Via 313 is definitely worth a try if you want something different. I liked the Detroiter, it’s cheesy and has just the right amount of sauce on top. The crust is crunchy on the edges. We shared a couple pies and it was enough for everyone.
